Payment Method 支払方法	Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Link. Stripe Checkout displays the methods actually available for the customer's device and region before submission. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc.
Payment Timing 支払時期	Eligible 7-day trial: Except for an eligible Starter trial with no default payment method, when the exact trial deadline shown in Billing is reached, Stripe generates the invoice for the first paid billing period. For automatic collection, approximately one hour after invoice generation, Stripe normally finalizes that invoice and attempts payment. Eligible Starter trial: No payment method is required to start. If no default payment method is registered by the exact trial deadline, the Starter subscription is canceled and this Starter access ends. The account falls back to Free only if no other valid plan provides access; any other valid plan is unaffected. No trial: Stripe requests and attempts the initial payment during Stripe Checkout when the customer submits the subscription order. Monthly renewal: On each monthly renewal date, Stripe generates an invoice. For automatic collection, Stripe normally waits approximately one hour after invoice generation, then finalizes that invoice and attempts payment. Existing subscription or history: An existing open subscription is reviewed or managed in Billing, and A11yScope does not start a duplicate Checkout. If the account has no open subscription but has prior ended subscription or trial history, no new trial is provided and a new paid Checkout follows the no-trial payment terms above. Registration of a payment method is not confirmation of payment. The Starter-specific no-card cancellation rule does not apply to Pro or Agency.
Service Delivery サービス提供時期	Where an eligible trial applies, trial access is provided immediately when A11yScope confirms the trial subscription after Checkout. Where no trial applies, paid access is provided immediately when A11yScope confirms the initial payment after Checkout. Starter access after its trial deadline continues or resumes immediately after confirmed initial payment.
Cancellation キャンセル・解約	You may request cancellation at any time by using the controls available from Billing or by contacting support@a11yscope.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period, and access continues until then. An eligible cardless Starter trial with no default payment method is canceled at its original deadline without separate action merely to avoid paid continuation. Review or manage the existing subscription from Billing. No prorated refunds or cancellation fees apply.
Refund Policy 返品・返金	We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us at support@a11yscope.com for a full refund. After 30 days, no prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations. If a 7-day free trial applies to your subscription and you cancel during it, no payment is collected.
